The Solimo sauce pan is made from 100% virgin aluminium, providing even heat distribution. The pressure die-cast aluminium construction allows cooking at high temperatures. The food-grade, five-layered hard-rock non-stick coating enables oil-free, healthier cooking whilst maintaining durability.
The long-lasting granite coating maintains a glossy appearance and resists high temperatures. An induction-friendly plate at the bottom ensures compatibility with induction cooktops. The 17cm handle is long and sturdy, offering a firm grip for easy handling.
The pan is free from PFOA and lead, with an extra-thick base preventing warping. Easy to clean and dishwasher-friendly, it suits sautéing sauces, soups, creams and braising food.
