The Solimo tri-ply kadhai combines high-quality food-grade stainless steel with tri-ply construction for durable, long-lasting performance. The design features an aluminium core sandwiched between 304 stainless steel on the inner surface and 430 magnetic stainless steel on the outer layer.
The aluminium middle layer delivers excellent heat distribution and faster cooking times. The food-grade 304 steel inner body requires minimal oil for healthier cooking. The 430 grade outer steel ensures induction compatibility and effective heat retention. The steel lid locks in heat for faster cooking.
The kadhai is scratch and corrosion-resistant, suitable for all cooktop types, and dishwasher-friendly. Well suited to pulao, korma, stir-fries, curries and sautéed vegetables.
