The middle aluminium layer delivers even heat distribution and shorter cooking times. The food-grade 304 steel inner body requires minimal oil for healthier cooking. The outer 430 grade steel ensures induction compatibility and heat retention. The matching steel lid provides effective heat retention and fast cooking.
The sauce pot is scratch and corrosion-resistant, works on gas and induction cooktops, and is easy to clean. Dishwasher-friendly and suitable for stews, soups, pastas and simmering, boiling and reducing sauces.
