The Solimo Dutch oven is made from premium food-grade cast iron with a heavy gauge construction weighing 8kg, which enables excellent heat retention and even heating. The vitreous enamel finish provides a glossy coloured look and protects the cast iron from rust, extending the cookware's lifespan.
The 30cm diameter oven holds 7.7 litres and suits curries, rice-based meals like pulao and biryani, and gravies such as sambhar and kadhi. Compatible with all cooking surfaces including stovetop, conventional oven, broiler and barbecue. Oven safe up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
