The Solimo tri-ply tope is made from 100% food-grade, high-quality stainless steel. The tri-ply construction features an aluminium core surrounded by 304 stainless steel on the inner surface and 430 magnetic stainless steel on the outer layer.
The aluminium middle layer delivers even heat distribution and shorter cooking times. The food-grade 304 steel inner body requires minimal oil for healthier cooking. The 430 grade outer steel ensures induction compatibility and heat retention. The steel lid locks in heat for fast cooking.
The tope is scratch and corrosion-resistant, works on gas and induction cooktops, and is easy to clean. Dishwasher-friendly and suitable for boiling water, cooking pulao, stir-fries, curries and sautéed vegetables.
