The Solimo tri-ply kadhai is made from high-quality food-grade stainless steel designed to last. The tri-ply construction features an aluminium core surrounded by 304 stainless steel on the inner surface and 430 magnetic stainless steel on the outer layer.
The middle aluminium layer delivers even heat distribution and shorter cooking times by conducting heat efficiently. The inner body uses food-grade SS 304 steel which requires minimal oil, facilitating healthier cooking. The outer layer is SS 430 grade steel for induction compatibility and effective heat retention.
