The Solimo tri-ply sauté pan delivers durable performance with high-quality food-grade stainless steel. The tri-ply construction features an aluminium core between 304 stainless steel on the inner surface and 430 magnetic stainless steel on the outer layer.
The aluminium middle layer provides even heat distribution and shorter cooking times. The food-grade 304 steel inner body requires minimal oil, supporting healthier cooking. The 430 grade outer steel enables induction compatibility and heat retention. The steel lid ensures heat retention and fast cooking.
The sauté pan is scratch and corrosion-resistant, works on all cooktop types, and is dishwasher-friendly. Suitable for shallow and pan frying, searing and braising meats, fish and vegetables, and frying eggs.
