The MockWares Basics cutting board set comprises three rectangular bamboo boards that function as cutting surfaces and serving trays. Made from hard bamboo, a renewable and sustainable resource, the boards are easier on knife blades than plastic and more hygienic. Each board is 1cm thick and measures 15.3 by 20.3cm (small), 21.6 by 27.9cm (medium with handle) and 24.1 by 33cm (large with handle).
The two larger boards feature integrated handles for secure handling and optional hanging storage. Care is straightforward: hand wash with cold soapy water, rinse thoroughly and towel dry. Do not place in dishwashers or soak the boards, as bamboo can absorb water and lose its integrity over time.
