This pressure cooker is built from 100% virgin food-grade aluminium with a 3.25 mm wall thickness, thicker than many competitor brands. The 3-litre capacity suits cooking for 2-3 people. A secure grip is provided by cool-touch Bakelite handles with a three-rivet bracket design.
The outer lid mechanism is useful for cooking grains and pulses. A whistle valve and gasket seal create a snug fit between lid and base. The base measures 17.5 cm in diameter and weighs 1.31 kg. Compatible with gas stoves, the cooker comes with a base, lid, whistle valve and gasket.
