The EONO Ab Wheel Roller features a two-wheel design offering greater stability than single-wheel alternatives. The distance between the wheels can be adjusted to switch between Stable Mode for primary training and Advanced Mode for professional-level workouts. The wheels are covered with non-slip TPR materials to resist intense movements without damaging floors.
The roller consists of two hard wheels, a thickened 1.2 mm steel tube and two 3D anti-slip handles designed for ergonomic comfort and a strong grip. Measuring 290 x 185 x 185 millimetres, it is ultra-light and easy to disassemble for transport. The included protective NBR foam knee pad is eco-friendly, non-slip and odourless, protecting your knees and preventing slipping. The ab wheel works abdominal muscles and also helps train and improve posture, whilst toning your arms, back and shoulders.
