The Solimo cast iron fry pan is 21cm in diameter with 1350ml capacity and is made from premium food-grade cast iron. Heavy gauge construction at 1.7kg enables excellent heat retention and even heating. The vitreous enamel finish is glossy, prevents rust and extends the cookware's lifespan.
Bottom thickness is 4.65mm with 46mm depth. Compatible with all cooking surfaces including stovetop, conventional oven, broiler and barbecue. Oven safe up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Well suited to marinating, sauteing and shallow frying vegetables, seafood and meat.
