The Solimo tri-ply sauce pot is made from high-quality food-grade stainless steel built to last. The tri-ply construction features an aluminium core surrounded by 304 stainless steel on the inner surface and 430 magnetic stainless steel on the outer layer.
The middle aluminium layer delivers even heat distribution and shorter cooking times. The inner body uses food-grade SS 304 steel which requires minimal oil for healthier cooking. The outer SS 430 grade steel provides induction compatibility and heat retention. The matching steel lid ensures effective heat retention and fast cooking.
The sauce pot is scratch and corrosion-resistant, works with gas and induction cooktops, and is easy to clean. Dishwasher-friendly and suitable for stews, soups, pastas and simmering, boiling and reducing sauces.
