The UMI 20-pack cutting discs handle rapid metal cutting tasks. Each disc measures 115 millimetres (4.5 inches) in outer diameter with an inner diameter of 22 millimetres (7/8 inch). The 1.2-millimetre thickness ensures precise, fast and clean cutting with minimal burr and material waste. The discs operate at up to 13,300 RPM and 80 metres per second, compatible with all standard 115-millimetre angle grinders.
Made from corundum grain reinforced by double fiberglass mesh, the discs cut iron, steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminium and other ferrous metals with aggressive action and extended service life. They cut in hard-to-reach areas and tight spaces where reciprocating blades cannot fit. Always wear appropriate protective equipment during use and do not exceed the maximum speed marked on each disc. Store discs in a dry location away from moisture.
